With nearly three decades of experience in the field of education, Cecilia Armour brings a wealth of expertise to her role as Director of Operations. Hailing from Scotland, her distinguished career path spans various roles, including Chief Academic Officer, Head of School, Principal, literacy/math coach, PE teacher, and elementary teacher. Known for her exceptional operational acumen and effective communication skills, Cecilia has consistently led educational institutions with precision and finesse, leaving a lasting impact on each.

Beyond her accomplishments in education, Cecilia is a dedicated advocate and coach in the world of lacrosse. Introduced to the sport as a "lacrosse mom," her involvement grew as her daughter Emma played at Catholic High and later at a D2 college. Today, Cecilia channels her passion for the game into coaching youth programs and serving as the middle school coach at Providence Day School. Her background as a former PE teacher enhances her coaching approach, and her diverse sports background, including badminton, field hockey, netball, and track and field (where she was ranked #3 in the country as a high school badminton player), adds depth to her holistic coaching style.

A lifelong fitness enthusiast, Cecilia is actively pursuing her NASM certification as a personal trainer. This pursuit underscores her commitment to developing athletes' specific positional fitness, further enriching her coaching abilities.
